This includes accounts where fraudulent information has been provided, underage access is suspected, or where the User's jurisdiction prohibits gambling.

pkr200 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where we have compliance obligations to fulfil. Acceptable documents typically include government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence). Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Familiar Pakistani payment references used on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as contextual examples only. Users may request withdrawals of cleared, non-bonus funds from their pkr200 account subject to the following conditions:

pkr200 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes, without limitation, bets placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered), bets placed using erroneous odds, and bets that breach applicable staking limits.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds display, pkr200 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to User accounts. pkr200 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity or force majeure events.

Live betting markets update in real time. Bets accepted during live events are final once confirmed by the system. pkr200 is not responsible for delayed data feeds that may cause bets to be accepted after relevant in-play events have occurred; such bets may be voided at our discretion.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance of verified non-bonus funds will be returned to the User's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus activity at the time of closure for breach of these Terms shall be forfeited.

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr200 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
